Daily CRX_installl virus warning

Daily, starting up Windows 7, I get a virus warning. Although I quarantine it, it appears the next day again. It appears in Users\name\Local\Temp\scoped_dir_xxxx (variable figures)\CRX_INSTALL\lasteditor.txt.js Mallwarename: Heur.dual.extension@4294967295

Anybody knows how to get rid of it? Thanks in advance
