CTMTRAY.exe does not run at start-up

CTMTRAY.exe does not run at start-up.

OS: Windows XP Pro SP3 32 bit
Security Software: CIS 3.13.125662.579
CTM version: 2.4.125818.154

If I run CTM.exe, CTMTRAY.exe runs.

Tried executing ctm.exe ctmtray.exe update.exe and nothing. same error.
