CTM will not install

I keep getting:

Critical Error: a critical subsystem required for the proper functioning of the product is not active.
This usually happens with an incomplete installation. Please re-install the product and try again.

It won’t let me install to windows 7 64 bit.
Why?

Hi fixajet.
Please don’t install CTM to out of the 1st physical hard disk. Else sub-console of CTM will not installed.
It is a known bug of CTM. We will fix it.

Thanks,
Doskey.

What do you mean here? I don’t quite understand. What first physical hd are you referring to?

Else sub-console of CTM will not installed.

May be one day I will be able to succesfully install and run CTM…

I think the first physical hd means the ‘disk 0’ in the disk management.

ok tried to install to hard drive that houses the windows 7 operating sys. computer CRASHED with blue screen of death upon reboot. Happened twice. I was able to use windows restore and get back before I installed time machine.
I guess I won’t be trying ctm again.

fixajet, you’re not alone here
let’s wait for the final
Then for the user experiences

for now? stay away from it…
