CSC run on windows 2000?

Yesterday I downloaded this version fo CSC <<CSC_Setup_1.0.60093.19_2k_xp_vista_server2003_x32.exe>> and when I try t install on the office pc (Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional Version 5.0.2195 Service Pack 4 Build 2195 Total Physical Memory 515.564 KB) an error message appear:
You must install Visual Studio 2005 Redistributable Package (x86), after completing this install. otherwise after the next restart, you will get an error message!

What is Visual studio 2005?

I would like to have an utility for clean the registry, and the “old” version of comodo registry was very well done, but now with this error . . .

Any solution??

Hello,

It seems you lack the VS redistributable… some windows components that normally should be there. Please tell me exactly what version of Windows 2000 do you have?

As i wrote in the above post the versione is:

Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional Version 5.0.2195 Service Pack 4 Build 2195

Do you need any other information?
