Creative Audigy Audio WDM Drivers, False Positive?

Hello, I was installing “Creative driver update for Creative Audigy Audio Processor (WDM)” with Windows Update and I got a virus warning “Heur.Suspicous@57802415” when installing, is this a virus or just a false positive?

Reported file was an FP and it is fixed in DB 3041.Please update and confirm.
