creating network rules for p2p programs in beta???

I know how to create the rules for emule and utorrent in v2 but I’m utterly clueless in the beta version. Could someone tell me where that option is? I’m guessing it’s in “My Port Settings”?

Thank you for the link. I like how the rules are automatically put above the “block all incoming request” rule. Very nice job.
