Crashes

Comodo CIS has been crashing frequently since the last few updates.
I get a dump file each time, but the text goes away so can’t copy/paste it.
If I do a “diagnostic” command in CIS I get a message box saying there ARE problems, and do I want to fix it? I say YES and it comes back immediatley saying “cannot fix…”.
Emails from Comodo do not work, it attempts to set up a new email account ignoring my already set up email account.
Once CIS has crashed like this, then the computer is unstable.
How can I troubleshoot this?
I have already tried starting over, removing and re-installing the latest version of CIS from the Comodo website. I am getting the same error reports and crashes.

I have the same type of issues happening, at times when I log in to my user account I am greeted with an error message telling me"oops! you’ve just discovered a bug in CIS", I can close the the dialog box but the system is totally unresponsive requiring a hard shutdown & restart. No other security software installed.

Please start your own bug report topic following the required guidelines. Don’t forget to post the crash logs with your report.

Unfortunately we do need this issue to be reported in the full right format, and with all the information we have asked for, if we are to forward it to verified issues.

For the moment I am going to move it to the Orphaned/Resolved child board. If you do edit your post to create a complete issue report in standard format, and PM an active mod, we will of course consider moving it to verified reports.

The devs only look at the Orphaned/Resolved board if they have time, so please do edit the post and PM an active mod if you want it fixed.
