2 hours have past since my install of CiS4 FULL,

and cmdagent.exe still uses more than 110MB!!

any idea how to make it calme down or something?

note that i have Shadow Defender installed too

I think you meant RAM not CPU usage. Check the anti-virus. It must be doing something. I never get that much because I didn’t install the AV.
