CPU at 100% when using Bit Torrent

Hello

Love the Firewall!!

When using bit torrent or play World of War Craft. Sometimes cpf.exe goes to 100% and causes my system to slow down or hang.

I read turning off logging helps…how do I do this?

Or is there something else I should be doing???
