CPMPopulateDBTool.exe Bogs

When CPMPopulateDBTool.exe runs in the background, it bogs down the computer, namely when gaming (Borderlands being the most recent occurrence).

Is there a way to control its priority or, preferably, when it runs (i.e. when I’m sleeping)?

Thanks in advance

your best bet would be to disable this service. it used to be use to help populate the database of programs but due to server loads comodo had to stop it. Just go to comodo programs manger settings and uncheck “take part in our application contribution program”

That what my guess was.

Thanks!

My suggestion would be, if they were to resume that service, is to include an option to set a day/time for it to run.
