CPM does not install

Win 7 x64

I am unable to install this program. The program halts immediately after the EULA screen with the message “Setup was not completed successfully”. I have tried to install using ‘Safe Mode’ but with the same result.

Please advise how to overcome this problem. I have searched the Comodo forums and ‘Google’ but without finding a solution.
