No. It’s NOT a backup tool but rather a system restore/snapshot one.
It uses the free space of the disk for full taking “snapshots” of the disk.

For backup, you can try Comodo Backup or any other of several freeware backup tools available.

Actually;

You can use CTM to make images of the snapshots and burn them on CD/DVD/USB etc; but that’s not what it is intended for!

Please follow Tech’s Advice and use Comodo Back Up or Any Other Back Up Software :slight_smile:

but suppose i made a backup of my system with comodo backup,and burn it to cds.could i restore my system before log in to the xp?

Good question. In other words, can Comodo Backup be started by a CD/DVD before login?
You know… build a boot disk and add CB as a plugin is not a work for common users…
