Today i started using internet as usual. After some 10 or 15 minutes, browser got hanged…then i clicked below on the computer icon(which is the internet) on the task bar.It was also hanged. So,I right clicked and opened network connections, from there also i cant able to disconnect the internet.
When i clicked change Windows Firewall settings, it says :
Windows Firewall cannot be displayed because the associated service is not running. Do you want to start the Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing(ICS) service ?
I clicked Yes.
Then it said ----- Could not start the Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) service on Local Computer. Error 5: Access is denied
Im restarting pc for 10 or 15 minutes. Its more than annoying. I turned on Windows Firewall and turned off the firewall iam using.Now there is no problem.
Im using Comodo firewall. There is no problem in that firewall. I have used this firewall before my pc was formatted.
There is something which turns off the Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) service within 10 or 15 mins if i use comodo firewall. I dont know what it is…
You don’t need ICS if you’re running the Comodo (or any 3rd party firewall) unless you’re receiving your internet connection from another computer in the network. If you’re connected directly to the modem or to a router, ICS can be safely turned off. Windows Firewall however can’t be turned back on unless ICS is first re-enabled. Why you can’t turn ICS on, I don’t know unless you’re not running as administrator, but you don’t need it anyway in most cases.

The problem was solved after i added the Internet to trusted zone. But after some days…now again the same problem. Internet is in trusted zone only, Then how this problem can come again ?

Iam not using the Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) service. What iam saying is…For some 10 or 15 minutes only Comodo allows Internet, after that something happens. I dont know what it is…
For almost 10 days or so… I have disabled Comodo…and turned on Windows Firewall…

“Internet is in trusted zone”… this sentence is strange. because you usually use a firewall, because internet IS NOT a trusted zone. i dont understand what you mean.
i think you didnt got an answer, because you write each time the same description, but it doesnt provide any points to help.
make a new installation of comodo, and if the problem doesnt disappear, then maybe there is something that is wrong in your settings of comodo. we cant sit in front of your computer, and we dont experienced before what happens to you.
so to erase all possible mistakes of diagnosting, make a new start with install of the firewall.
if you ask “what happens after 10 minutes?”, how can we know it? its not like thats a feature of comodo
as long as you disabled comodo, you should use at least the windows firewall! but i would really suggest to give comodo a try again, its one of the good ones.
