Just one question.
How do you know that CCS is actually connecting with the cloud during a scan?
By this I mean how do we know after performing a scan whether there are truly no unknown processes or if the cloud is down and that is the reason no files appeared in the results?
Is there an indication if there’s a problem?
We have web services where CCS connects. If the connection is unsucessfull a message will be shown (Internet problems or other issue). We currently try to fix an issue that appears when the cloud has problems inside. For this case we don`t have an alert. Maybe this is the indication you are talking about.
