I’m already using OpenDNS.
The servers are down most of the time I have 100+ pending files since it was released and only 2 scanned.
Like I said, I don’t care if Valkyrie doesn’t analyze a single file till end of the month when they promise big servers to go up. I’m complaining over very basic cloud AV functionality, the one we had in versions 1.1 and older. Yet, even just that doesn’t seem to work as I have “Check internet connection” in CCAV interface 99% of the time. If it’s not now, it’ll be there for sure after an hour or after system restart. And then it seems to never get back to connected state ever again.
Saying uh oh sandbox will do the job. How? In the end I’m deciding what to run outside of sandbox and not actual service. I may just as well do it all by myself anyway and remove the CCAV then.
Hi Sheepolina
Have just split this out into a help topic, as it was becoming difficult to follow your posts and suggested solutions.
Hopefully this will help us find a solution of diagnose any bug so it can be reported and fixed
Hope that is OK
Kind regards

One thought would be. Have you tried the following in a command Window
ipconfig /flushdns
The hit return
Then reboot your computer to ensure all relevant apps have lost any cached IPs
Another query might be do you have any other security programs running, or even Windows firewall in high security mode?
Kind regards
Mike
