Can someone explain the comodo wiper. There are two options
disk0
freespace

what does wiping each of these do exactly? just remove private info or all data?

Also,
under “clean my computer” then “settings” and under “modules” there are three options:
clean registry
clean disk
clean privacy

clean registry and privacy can be selected, but clean disk cannot.

Finally, when ever I star CSC it says its installing updates. How do I disable this and why is a system cleaner performing updates for other programs. Shouldnt CIS have asked me if I wanted CSC to connect to the internet BEFORE doing so?

CSC downloads current registry entries that are safe to delete for programs that are on your computer. You can disable the automatic update: Click on Misc. in the upper right corner and uncheck the “Check for updates when application starts” box.
