comodo V.3 VS Dr.eye software conflict

If uninstall comodo V.3 . everything is ok
but when comodo V.3 is on work then Dr.eye 8.0(translation software) is occurrence program error.
must be closed Dr.eye!

What program error? Is it V3 program error? Does V3 crash or what?
