Comodo uninstalled but still blocking

Hello -
I hope that this is the right place for this post.

I uninstalled Comodo more than a year ago, but even though it is uninstalled, I’m getting blocked (“Comodo Secure DNS Warning: Unsafe Website Blocked”) when I try to access a Parkinson’s Disease discussion site. I’ve attached a picture of the message box that comes up whenever I click on a link to anything from this discussion site.

It’s been suggested that something remains in my registry that is causing this, but I don’t know what to do.

When I search for “comodo” in the search bar then there is only a single file called lps_migration_tool_3.3.246095.64.exe, dated 11/14/2012, in a directory called Users\Public\Documents\COMODO\binaries. Can I safely delete that file?

I will much appreciate any help I get on eliminating this block. Thank you.

Hi Again -
I run Windows 10, if that proves helpful.

You need to change your network adapter DNS settings and set it to obtain DNS server address automatically.
