I think COMODO should some up with a program that locks the system settings from being edited by users and admins. They admins can unlock the settings by a admin editing password and the users have view ONLY access and have to option to unlock the settings with the password if the admin gave them the set password.

I also think this would be a great idea. Something like Windows SteadyState (which is not available for Windows 7).
