I get the following error message when trying to ‘clean’ privacy.
The exception unknown software exceptiion 0xc0000417 occured in the application at location 0x00398b34
I have no idea what this means, except that the program now doesn’t work.
I deleted Comodo system cleaner from my computer, rebooted, then redownloaded it and ended up with a small pop up - but nowhere to find the results of its ‘first’ search.
I have now downloaded Comodo cleaning essentials but there are no words on the buttons, so don’t know which one to click on for what.
Help would be appreciated.
