Comodo System Cleaner cleans too much from Realplayer

So, the first time I used the product, I was extremely impressed with it all. However, upon the first flush of my system I ran into one beguiling problem. After clearing the private data from Realplayer, it would no longer load any internet based functions of pages. It would not even load the connection testing window.

I suspect some of those files that CSC scans for within it are not actually safe to clean.

Can I get an acknowledgment on whether or not this has been investigated or whether there’s been a similar incident or perhaps whether I’m an isolated case?

We analyzed and fixed the problem with RealPlayer, the next version will scan and clean without interfering with RealPlayer functionality.
