  • Your Operating System: Windows 7 SP1 x64

  • Security Software Installed; CIS Latest Beta, MalwareBytes

  • How you produced the problem; When suto update runs I click on the system tray Icon to see the popup windows and uncheck the box that says Don’t show this popup again, because I want to see it but it does not stay. The next time it runs the box is checked again.

  • How you tried to resolve the problem; Reinstalled the program unchecked the box many times the rebooted and nothing works.

  • Screen-shots with the error (if any); None

  • Post Memory Dumps on crash if you encounter any; No Memory Dump

  • All log files of CSC, if you had logs enabled; Logs are disabled
