Run, Start-up, Boot Execute should have additional options which would allow to Disable / Enable current entry and not only to Add or Remove current entry. In addition you could put a tick box near Name column which would indicate a state of current entry and also would allow to quickly Disable / Enable current entry.
Services should have additional options typical for services, like:

- Stop service;
- Automatic start;
- Manual start;
- Disabled; [/b]
Also the Remove option for services , if you want to keep it, should give a clear message that this service will be permanently removed from System!!
