Shadowplay/instantreplay like feature integrated into an existing agent or new one. Allows for customizable screen DVR recording. Many times a problem/issue happens for an end user and it’s difficult for them to explain what happened or they don’t remember what the error message said. A simple keystroke or agent action allows for the last 3-5 minutes of desktop activity to be saved to a video file for review, which could be instrumental in figuring out what actions may have caused the issue to begin with.
