Comodo sees very many activities as trojans and blocks traffic

I regularly get warning messages from Comodo Firewall, either when an external application starts opening a file (.doc in Word, .gif, .jpg, .png in paintshop and so on) retrieved from the Internet by Firefox, or when some application starts Firefox to show me a webpage (online help or “thanks for trying our software” after uninstall).
Translation :PSP is trying to connect to the Internet, parent FDM (free download manager).
FDM changes the interface of PSP by sending special messages. Every program doing this in this method shows trojan activity.

The warning in itself is already annoying, but in some cases clicking Allow will still cause Comodo to shut down all Internet traffic, FF no longer able to retrieve any webpage, Outlook unable to retrieve mail…
