Repeatable: installed with Outlook 2007 only (x32 release).
Works as it should, the add-in is found in Tools/Options.
Reboot, and the add-in is not found, and further is listed as inactive under tools/Trust Center/Add-ins.
Re-install, select repair option, and all is ok, but reboot and it is again inactive.
CIS only security software active, Windows Vista Ultimate x64.
