Just installed CSE today. I am using Outlook Express with Thunderbird. My AV is AVAST! 6.0.1125. Running WIN XP Home SP3. Installation of CSE was easy, along with the Certificate. However, after installation, I was not able to get any of my e-mail messages to download or send UNLESS I turned OFF AVAST!'s “Mail Shield” under the “Real-TimeShields” tab.
Is CSE conflicting with AVAST!, or is there something else I need to do to get CSE and AVAST! to play nice together?
