I ran another scan of my Local C drive to see if there’s a gap, but if there is one from 78, it skips to 100%. This can’t be the case; it must be in the correct sequence.

I’m using CIS PRO, and the Windows version I’m using is WINDOWS 10 PRO.
I was using Comodo Intersecurity Premium, and I switched to Pro to see if that fixed the problem, but it didn’t. The Pro version is the same, the jump from 78% to 100% on my C drive, which I have a partition on.

The CIS I use is version 12.3.4.8162, in its pro version.

Yes, I’d like to make the video explaining how to scan and the jump it makes when I scan the local C drive, for example, from 68 percent to 100 percent. The problem is, I don’t know how to send it or how to edit it. Also, I don’t know what the problem is. Maybe because I have Malwarebyte Free Edition installed, and Windows Defender appears to be activated in the tray.
Any suggestions?
About creating the video, you have to record it with any program that records your computer screen, then you put it on YouTube or any other platform, and then just put the video link so everyone here on the forum can see the problem.

We do not recommend customers to use multiple security software’s simultaneously as it causes functionality issues, compatibility issues and more.
So kindly uninstall the other security software and check the issue with running only CIS.

I’m having an unresolved issue with the CIS jumping from 80% to 100%. When I scan my operating system on the local drive C (desktop computer), I’m using the latest version 2025. Following the forum recommendations, I uninstalled other software that could be conflicting with CIS. I did so. I ran another scan of my local drive C in an attempt to resolve it, but nothing worked. It occurred to me to run a scan on my laptop, which also has the latest version 2025, and suddenly, when it showed 81%, it jumped to 100%. It’s too coincidental, right? Both the desktop and laptop are experiencing the same problem.
Conclusion: Something isn’t working right with CIS.

I ran another scan, but using the LIGHT THEME INTERFACE. With this interface, the scan completed successfully. However, when using the other CLASSIC THEME interface, the jump from 80 to 100 occurs.
So this interface is the one that’s failing.
