Comodo SafeSurf Problem

Hi

Apologies if this is the wrong forum to post (I couldn’t see a SafeSurf forum). Every time I try to update, I get the follwowing error:-

“Update error !”

It gets about a third of the way before reporting this error. Have noticed this on my laptop (connected to domain) and on a standalone pc.
