Error occurred after i installed videolan client 1.1.1 media player.

The runtime error happened when i blocked internet access to CPM.exe
My windows update keeps switching random between all four options in the automatic
update section(system properties) when i start CPM and exit.

tried to uninstall avast cpm said it was being monitored and tried to un install with comodo uninstall
get a blue screen and laptop restarts,avast doesnt install

Programs Manager was used to start the installation of an application (Photo Pos Pro) but it is showing as not monitored after the installation completed. The Programs Manager services is started and active.
