  1. I think there is a need for volunteer who will translate it to German.

  2. I’m sure that CMS detects them already (PUPs) - for e.g. all apps with LeadBolt advertising libraries are detected as malware.

CMS already scans for PUAs. Cloud scan will be available as of 2014 Q2.
