One question: why do I update only the recognizer when I update via the beta server?
Snoozed Firewall have been fixed with this RC update on my machine.
Firewall ‘Snooze’ problem fixed now - been running for several hours with no issues

I found the settings in WDSC that block installation, now is OK:
Running this new version for about 20min and it looks good, no problem.

This is the weirdest thing. I just downloaded the new offline installer with the changed certificate.
Offline Setup Details:

If I run it, I still get the SmartScreen block. Then I tried re-running the same installer from yesterday that I had to unblock to install and now it runs without warning. What gives?
Some Voodoo “Smart Screen” logic
Perhaps as you unblocked, it remembered your decision on that file.
We don’t have details as how it is expected to work, we are trying to figure out.
Thanks

Same thing here…
I did a clean install of the updated CIS beta on Win 10 Insider 17063 and it passed with flying colors. I had Smart Screen set to block unknown apps and applications.
I’m running W10 Professional x64 V1709.16299.192
