Windows XP (yeah I know). Successful update last night and everything OK but every half an hour later it wanted to update again. I allowed it and now it has asked 3 times since.
About says 10.0.2.6408.
Don’t have this problem on Windows 7 laptop.

Hi Umesh, I was contacted and I answered explaining resolved uninstalling and reinstalling CIS again. The only problem is the error in the diagnostics, but I read there are issues with FLS server.
It’s only a few months that I use Comodo but … I can no longer stay without
Thanks for your help :-TU
Well, this is really frustrating.
Today I updated my Windows 7 64-bit (Microsoft Tuesday update) and almost all new updated windows files are considered unrecognized by rating scan and auto-containment (although all have been digitally signed by Microsoft), except few.And Comodo Lookup service seems don’t work at all, you get warning that all files need to be submitted, but you can’t submit a single one. What is even worse, I got BSOD when Comodo auto-contained inetcpl.cpl file which didn’t detect by rating scan (internet options in control panel).
There are a problems with Comodo lookup service before this 10.0.2 version, but I never got verdict that essential Windows files are unrecognized like now. Also for a long time I don’t receive verdict from Comodo lookup service that some unrecognized, digitally signed files could be considered safe.It seems that Comodo lookup service in CIS lost any purpose.
Just use browse > running process when you use the application rule interface, or you can use the unblock applications task and unblock WOS from the list.
Hi,
FLS system is back up and running but Diagnostic may still fail as one of TCP services is still paused, which is rarely used by product.
We are still fixing that but you are good in terms of look up services.
Thanks

There are no applications in the unblock applications list. On one machine, there was a WOS entry. I manually permitted all LAN traffic for WOS and that solved the problem. However, on another machine, I have no WOS entry. I tried changing Windows System and svchost to enable all LAN traffic but that made no difference. How do I find WOS if its missing?
Edit: Launched Remote Desktop. WOS option was then searchable and I added a LAN rule and its working on that machine also.
I have two machines that I can’t find a rule for Windows Operating System so I can enable local LAN traffic even if I launch remote desktop manually. Any ideas how I can find that group and/or rule?
Hey Guys ,
I ask for a user from the German part of the forum and i don’t know if the “problem” is already known .
User Question : "Comodo Internet Security 10 Premium asks me even in silent mode every few minutes if he should send the crash report.
I always click on no (with and without hooks below) , but even if you are in a full screen game and the silent mode is activated , it will be displayed.
How can I stop this?"
I would be very grateful for help so that I can help too !
Thank you !!!

I suggest some kind of internal server status check to avoid such situations in the future. :-La
My problem with RadeonSettings.exe is back, looks like it’s intermittent.
We are checking provided logs and will let you know results as soon as possible.
Kind Regards,
Sergey.
ok , thank you !!! :-TU
And what is with issue that rating scan doesn’t recognize essential windows files after update, nobody answered that? Some files even were contained.Sure, I can manually all of them mark as trusted but what is a point then? Not to mention a waste of time and some random inconvenience.
Hi ice,
As we had FLS troubles, cloud based validation may have failed.
If you can share sha-1 of some of files, we can look into.
If files were digitally signed by MS, they should be locally trusted.
Thanks
