Comodo Internet Security stops updating at 3%

Hello,

As of late, I have been noticing that when the update starts, it stops at 3% saying lost network connection please retry.

I am using Version 3.12.111745.560

Please advise a solution anyone.

Error: 113…Thats what it says after 3% of updating, Checked my router all connections are up and running.

3.12 from what I know is not supported anymore, you need to install 3.14 or 4 to be able to get the updates. But I might be wrong about this. Another thing it could be is the internet setting of IE, comodo uses the settings for IE to update.
