I have two computers with WIN 8.1 and Comodo IS pro7. Suddenly one of them showed a sign that it was in danger.
I used GeekBuddy to connect to support and the man said he had to connect to my computer and do something to restore the IS pro7.
To me that looks very suspicious, why should anyone have to connect to my computer when there is License keys that should do the trick.
It started with making a recovery point and then installed something, after that it came a licence key that the support put in and that was it.
I have no idea what they installed or what they did on my computer, that means that I have to uninstalled IS pro7 which I just bought and after that I have to reinstall Win 8.
DO COMODO UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO ME?
I WILL NEWER EVER USE COMODO AGAIN!!!
