Could we know please whether the following is intentional?
Bugzilla bug 1367 CIS/CES 8 adds alternate data streams to files which remain present if files distributed, and which change the files’ date modified.
It would seem likely to cause problems with backups and some updaters.
New file group "File Archivers"Accessible in ASE → File Rating → File Group
Hallo! After you upgrade from the program to version 8.0.0.4344 and then reboot the system does not display the group Archivers!
You need to import the updated config located in “C:\Program Files\COMODO\COMODO Internet Security”
After the upgrade I could not connect to the internet. Comodo was registering intrusion under UDP port 137, that actually is the primary WINS server of large network where my PC is connected to. Had to disable FW for now.
I added Port 137 as a new port set and created new global rule to allow the connection for that specific IP. It didn’t help…
Any suggestions how to fix it?
Please switch FW OFF and check if problem is gone or not.
If problem disappear with FW switched OFF please send us:
- CIS version you’re upgraded from
- Configuration then you faced this problem
- Log files (FW, Configuration, Alert, WebSite Filtering)
Screenshot of FW intrusion alert will be helpful if available.
I don’t know what was old version.
Web Filter and Alerts logs were empty, all other info in the zip file, I guess it’s better to delete it after you will save it.
Forgot to tell, that I can connect with FW disabled.
“New Dragon 31.1.1 crashes if CIS installed”
