I noticed that with Chrome 89 open in the containment, when I change the theme, this is also applied outside the containment, that is, to the real Chrome.

I tried with Windows 10, and it behaved as expected, the theme was only installed in the container.
My mistake, I check again with Windows 8.1, and I discovered that for some years now I had set the exclusions for containment shown below in the exported configuration :embarassed:

Now I removed them and left only the one for the Shared Space folder.
Good catch. It’s easy to forget. What made you click to check the exclusions?

I am not sure anybody knows. There’s no new beta yet either.
Kinda unacceptable CIS updates not rolling out to address the utterly serious issue of the firewall component preventing the installation of virtual network adaptors and not allowing HYPER-V to create new virtual network adapters which is does on each reboot.
I’m pretty confident that someone knows even when there is no beta yet. 
It is just that they don’t or won’t tell us. 
The updated version this time is more stable than the previous few times.

No updates in months.
A lot of bugs not fixed.
Some example: can’t filter hostname (it blocks or allows entire ranges of ip), if there are multiple requests, the popup disapper and blocks all connections, etc
Please, comodo devs, could you please take a minute to say if you are going to fix the problems?

I never noticed that.
I had Application Guard enabled which creates at each reboot a virtual adapter and Comodo asks each time about the newly detected network zone (that can be disabled and set to consider all new network as trusted or something like that) without issue.
Although the primary purpose of a firewall is to filter IPs and ports, not hosts, it always worked fine on my side. On firewall rules or website filtering after importing a customised hosts file. But I never set it to ask, only to always automatically block.
