We detected a signing issue that is now fixed, which is the cause of most of the issues here.

New build uplaoded. Version is the same as the software was just packaged again.

CIS won’t get registered or recognized as being installed in WDSC because Windows prevents the cmdagent protected service from starting. For some reason Windows can not verify the digital signature that cmdagent is signed with even though the digital signature tab in file properties reports that the digital signature is OK. Open up services and try to manually start the cmdagent protected service to see the error message.

no problem with 18363.418 cmdagent starts and working normally

Everything fine now with this updated release. I installed it as an upgrade (after changing the Temp files drive) and the install and KillSwitch went w/o a problem.

Registered perfectly with the Win Security Centre and running well - Many thanks

thats really great news.

waiting for this to be the rtm so i can grab the offline installer soon and upgrade my computer from 7 to 10 1909 so i can test it for further upgrades on my others computers…
