I’ve disabled windows firewall to avoid conflicts with Comodo free firewall (I use Avira as antivirus). It’s the right choice? Comodo system tray icon says everything is ok, also process manager shows Comodo application running. Windows security alert instead tells that both Comodo and windows firewall are inactive… I suppose I can ignore this alert, right? Do you know how to stop this alert?
You can run both Windows Firewall and Comodo Firewall together.
In fact, for some things like using XBOX Live, the Windows Firewall is required to be enabled as XBOX uses it for authentication purposes.
