Comodo firewall preventing Windows Update

I want to report that Comodo firewall prevented Windows Update from correct working without any log. This happened to me twice on 2 different coputers with windows 10 last version. I had to switch off Comodo in ordere to update windows.

Could you please provide more details. Which Firewall version do you use and when did it occur? Please provide your active Firewall configuration (via Settings → Configuration → Export) and Windows Updates logs:
To collect Windows Update logs:

  1. Go to Windows Run (Windows Key + R key in keyboard).
  2. Type in powershell and press Enter key, it will launch ‘Windows PowerShell’.
  3. Type in command below and press Enter:
    Get-WindowsUpdateLog
  4. Provide file WindowsUpdate.log from Desktop.
