In this way, to install firewall I need an active internet connection…and I have no firewall during download/installation ???

Yeah, but I use Comodo 'cause Windows Firewall isn’t good

For some Windows firewall may suffice but on me the added punch especially the HIPs feature of CIS is better.

that’s an online installer for cfw, the offline installer is available only for the full suite (ie cis)
