COMODO firewall blocking cmdagent.exe?

Is it just me or is COMODO’s firewall blocking cmdagent.exe (see screen shot)? The view in the screen shot is of the entire period so this wasn’t happening before 9/7/16 and this struck me as problematic. Also it was blocked ‘inbound’ is that an automatic update for cis? Seems to coincide with scheduled ‘full scans’ that ran on 9/7 and 9/9 (and ran 2-3 HRS ahead of when scheduled). I’ve done nothing to modify or change any settings or firewall rules the only thing that I can think of is that I began using a VPN earlier in the week so could this be an issue??

Do i need to adjust some firewall rules? Please help!
