My home PC running Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 has just been upgraded the Comodo Firewall to 5.5.195786.1382 from 5.4.57996.1354 through an automatic update.
However, as revealed from Windows 7 Programs and Features, the current version of Comodo Internet Security has not been updated and still shows 5.4.57996.1354. Surprisingly, the Comodo Firewall clearly indicates that its version is 5.5.195786.1382 from its “About”.
I appreciate it much if technical assistance will be given to remedy the adverse situation.

I uninstalled the previous Comodo Firewall 5.4, and have re-installed it with the latest version. Then, the updated Comodo Internet Security 5.5.64714.1382 and the installed date are correctly shown on Windows 7 Programs and Features. Apparently, the automatic updating feature of Comodo Firewall may have to be fixed if appropriate. Any technical help from the Comodo team is appreciated?

If CIS says it is 5.5.195786.1382 then that is the version you are using.
Installers or updaters sometimes forget to change the version number in the list of installed Software. It is a human error by the person who wrote the updater/installer script. It is a minor issue. Believe what the program reports its self.
