Fully understand Andreww after that buggy update we got earlier this year and programmers that were hellbent for us to have a Desktop Icon… how does something like that happen in the first place?
When an alert pops up Comodo steals focus from the application I’m working in. I then have to to switch focus back to my application. How can I turn this off?

If you felt un-comfortable Please turn off your general notifications and please make sure that the FW settings pop-up alerts are not disabled.

The issue is about alerts from AV, firewall, HIPS, etc. They steal input focus so that when you are typing in one application, an alert pops up and you press enter, you mistakenly answer the alert.
