Comodo File Intelligence database error

Helllo,

There is problem with Comodo File Intelligence service.

Whatever file information I try to watch I get an error message: Database connection error

Example: What is HCWEMBDA64.CAT - Virus, Trojan, Malware, Error, Infection?

Any information about it?
