comodo error 1625 sys policy error

I think the issue with installing V12.2.2.7036 on the 32-bit versions of Windows 7 or 10 is still not fixed…

In my log files, isn’t this format wrong?
Product: C:\ProgramData\Comodo\Installer\cis_setup_x86.msi
The double \ ?? isn’t consistant with
MSI (s) (E8:84) [12:44:24:160]: Package we’re running from ==> C:\Windows\Installer\5363a.msi

Those “\” are also in my log files.
They are in “cmdinstall.exe_yy-mm-dd_hh.mm.ss.log”, “COMODO Internet Security dbgout.log” and “COMODO Internet Security_yy-mm-dd hh.mm.ss.log”.

If you still want, I can send some text snippets of those files showing some of the “\”.

So the fact that those “\” occur in the log files is normal.

Is your Windows 7 SP1 32-bit or 64-bit?

I have Windows 10 v1909 build 18363.1082 64bit and have the same problem. Installing latest CIS (as admin) stops with 1625. Tried all registry and group policy settings with no luck. CIS 12.0.0.6882 full installer works OK.

Please check with 12.2.2.7062

Yes, 12.2.2.7062 works with win7pro, 32bit, sp1.
(NO 1625 sys policy error)
It does NOT allow for YOUR/MY changes in the registry though (security settings >:( )
