Hello All,

We are pleased to announce the release of Comodo Dragon v89.0.4389.128

New:

  • v89.0.4389.128 security fixes

Fixed bugs:

  • Partially fixed video problem.
  • Fixed the address bar focus on Google search engine
  • Fixed minor bugs on Comodo extensions
  • Fixed Login pop-up on Epic Launcher webpage
  • Fixed URL not fully shown in search bar

Known bugs:

  • Google sync it is not working for now
  • Passwords are not imported from Chrome using setup import neither from settings import.
  • Video may encounter some distorsions on web-sites that are using h.265 codecs on some resolutions.
  • Clear at exit function is not working.
  • Switch back from virtual mode might take a few minutes.

Installed as Upgrade . . . running well :-TU

Except synchronization. I can login in Google acc, but it doesnt help with synch. Comodo just doesnt see it at all.

Something to do with Google APIs but you could try xBrowserSync as recommended by privacytools.io Best Private Web Browsers for Most Privacy in 2024. I don’t tend to sync across browsers myself but worth a try

Hi Team - Is there an easy process that I could follow, which would allow me to rollback this latest Comodo Dragon update install? I use the Google Sync feature alot in Comodo Dragon, and can’t use the browser with this updated version. :frowning:

After upgrading I lost half of my saved passwords. (not synced with google)
So far lost passwords for facebook, artstation etc.
I haven’t noticed if more but I think buy visual it’s like half as before.

Thanks Ploget - Unfortunately, due to this, I’ve had to stop using Comodo Dragon (for now), and switch over to use Google Chrome instead. It’s sad to say, as I’ve probably been using Dragon since the very start.

Unfortunately Google makes the rules these days, especially in this field . . . .

I don’t have sync with google passwords.
And this passwords worked until I updated, so that was not the issue.
