I found something that may or may NOT be an issue.
In the Settings Menu under the subtitle ADVANCED> Privacy and security, the following options are listed twice
Use a prediction service to help complete searches and URLs typed in the address bar
Use a prediction service to load pages more quickly
Additionally when you try to disable / unselect the option the second duplicate entry automatically enables itself

I Don’t care for “Prediction” Services, So how can I disable both of the above.
