There seems to be no Dragon browswer available on Android. This gives me the impression that if I lose the Dragon browser on my PC, reinstall it, I’ll have to set it up from scratch. Is this correct or is there some way to sync it from somewhere else? Thanks in advance.

Another way to not lose one’s Comodo Dragon settings in the event of buying a new device or whatever is to have an account like on Firefox, Opera, etc. You buy a new device, download Comodo Dragon, sign into your account and all your stuff is transported to the new device. I like that even better than sync. Food for thought, you fellows, wherever you are. Thanks.
