I am using Comodo Secure DNS having a comodo update today I noticed one of my networks has changed to 156 154 70 22 & 156 154 71 22 this belongs to neustar so why is Comodo changing my network connection is it for this company to spy on us.

Finally, which DNS ip’s are better to use? 156.154.70.22/156.154.71.22 or 8.26.56.26/8.20.247.20?.
Both IPs works very well and very fast, but i would like that Comodo Staff answer that question.
I think the best are these: 8.26.56.26 and 8.20.247.20, it is published on the site (https://securedns.dnsbycomodo.com/)
